Hello, and welcome to JustAnswer. My name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. Do you happen to have 1/4 inch plastic tubing, or something small and flexible like that? You will need to push the tubing through the drain. It should not be a hard blockage, usually its a small amount of soft material. Its not hard to unblock these units at all. Let me know how it goes?

Not feeling a blockage
How do we reset the unit
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 2 months ago.

You can unplug it and wait about 10 minutes to see if that will reset it.

Turned the power off for over 10 minutes

so then it sounds to me like the problem is with your control board being at fault. Since there is no clog and this is the clog error and the reset did not work then your board is the part that has failed and needs to be replaced.
