JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: I THINK A FEW WEEKS. sOMETIMES IT STOPS AND GIVES F02 CODE. there IS A STRANGE NEW GRINDING SOUND . NOT LOUD OR HARSH. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE BEARING WEAR

Customer: YES. I AM GIONG TO GAMBLE ON THE PUMP CHANGE UNLESS YOU CAN SUGGEST SOMETHING ELSE TO CHECK. DIDN'T GET STARTED BECAUSE I CAN'T GET THE BOTTOM DRAWER OFF 'CAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO LET WATER IN IT WHAT SO YO THINK?
