Could you please supply the model number so I can look up the wiring diagram and give specific information? Have you tested for 240vac coming to the dryer?

model ned4600yq0.tested thermostat-fuse.don't know how to test timer/heat control switch.
It appears to work timing cycles.Don't know if is controlling heat.

A voltage test will make this go faster. Can you test for voltage with your meter?

With several voltage checks we can confirm your problem. If you haven't checked the thermal cut-off at the top left on the heater box it should be a closed circuit.
