Customer Question

After a power surge, my G.E. microwave does not work. It was not running during the surge. It was the next day we discovered there was no power. We have checked the circuit breaker, and verified there is power in the outlet
JA: Have you tried power cycling the appliance -- unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: No - we did unplug it but not for a few hours.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I can give you model and S/N if you need them. Is there a reset button? Cannot find. This is a wall mounted unit over our stove.
