why does my GE sensor dryer stop every 3-4 minutes. I have to let it cool down before turning it back on, then it stops again and again

about 4-5 minutes, then after doing that for 4-5 times it will stay on to finish the drying time.it is a GE (he sensor dry-clothes care)
