Can you hear a fan running in the freezer section?

Can you see any frost on the back wall inside the freezer?

I can hear a fan running in the freezer section. Yes, there is frost on the back wall inside the freezer.
Expert:  Kelly replied 2 months ago.

The frost is the reason you are having temperature issues, it is blocking air flow. Are you able to perform some light disassembly?
