This will vary by model number but if it is a dispenser model there should be a water line coming into the top of the door and a wire harness. What is the model number on the tag on the refrigerator liner?

Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 5 months ago.

If it is a side by side model the lines come into the bottom of the freezer door. Either way you remove the top hinge first and then lift off the door after disconnecting the water and electrical lines. How did that go? Do you still need help?
