JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Frigidaire model # FFLE1011MW2
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if possible, only 3 yrs old
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: started it on heavy duty, was a very full load. took everything out but water and still clicked so put it on rinse and spin and still doesn't do anything

if it is under the washer ,can you remove the front washer panel to be able to see under the unit to better see what and where the clicking is coming from.
