Did you open the PDF file that I sent you about 15 minutes ago?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
the door hinges don't look like the picture you sent me
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

ok that is right from the use and care booklet of the model that you gave of LGEF3043KFC

Check the model number once again please.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.

They are the same hinges as shown in the picture also.

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

no I did not get any attachment from you

The booklet and the parts link photos are of the same hinge. just the booklet photo is in the door and the parts link photo is out of the door .

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
trying again to send
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
let me know if you received it
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

ok it appears that before you removed the door from the oven that you did not lock the hinge in the loaded position .

You need to take a pair of channel locks grab the hinge and pull it back toward the top of the door then flip the locking down to lock the door hinge in the loaded position

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
not having much luck how much force is needed?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

you need to move the hing back about 90 degree

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
seems to be locked will not move. is it being held in place by the bracket? added another photo
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

you need to flip the lock tab up so that you can mode the hinge

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
is there a trick to that? use a screw driver?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
cant get it to move. it would be the lower part of the bracket moving up?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

yes the lower part of the hinge bracket so it looks like Figure #4 in the screen shot of the use and care booklet

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
any trick to get it out can't get it t move
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

just move the lock lever and then just pull the hinge back

No real trick

Did you lock the door hinges before you removed the door from the oven?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I thought I did the door came right off
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I was going to clean it but tried to put the door right back on to make sure I could and now with you trying to figure it out....
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

ok if you had the door fully open and turned the lock tab then the door should just slip right back on .

The hinges should slip right into the receivers with in the oven casbinet

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
tried no luck. is this what the oven should look like? photo attached.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

yes that is the oven receiver rollers pins as shown on figure #4

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
the bracket is not in the right position then I can't get the hook at the bottom to rotate up, photo attached
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

the first photo you sent me was better to see the lock tab that flops up to lock and down to unlock

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
here it is again. thanks for your patience. any other ideas?
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

here this video may help you .

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Ft8InKB1U

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I watch that before I started.....
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

ok if you watch the video again look at the position of the hinges on the door that may help you some.

I will be back online around 10 am EST tomorrow

Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

If you can not get it back on I can only recommend that you call for a service call to have a service tech come out and install the door on the oven normally it is just a few second to remove and a few second to re install on the oven.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
made the bracket move. let me send anther picture.
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
is this the right way now?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
you still there?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
don't give up on me now. please look at the attached photos.
Expert:  Whrlp Master Tech replied 4 months ago.

Yes that is the correct way NOW .

The door should just slide in the oven receivers and drop down and that is it.

sorry I had to leave yesterday but had to go (Wife was waiting on me)!!

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Finally got it. Had to rotate the bracket a little more but all good now. Thanks for your help. Have a happy new year.
