Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. If the oven door is locked since I do not have your model number do you have happen to have a lock button you can press and hold for three seconds or do you have a lock lever that drags across the door?

Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 2 months ago.

If neither of these things apply to you and you have not accidentally started the self clean cycle you can try turning off the power to the oven to see if that makes the lock release if it does not then you will need to get a wire hanger and make a hook with it and insert it in between the stove top and the oven door in the little gap area you close it. Push it in on the right hand side and gently drag it toward the left to get the door lock to release.
