To enter the Diagnostic Mode, I am following the Service Manual indications :Step 1 Turn the Program Knob to the start position, Spin Only.Step 2 Press Start/Pause to start the cycle and save it.Step 3 Press Cancel to stop the cycle and turn off the LEDs.Step 4 Press Cancel again to turn on the LEDs.Step 5 Within 5 seconds, press and hold the Options and Start/Pause buttons until LEDs start sequentially chasing, then release buttons.
I unfourtnaly can not find a service manual for your model at this time and I do not want to make you wait on me to get my hands on it so I will open this up to other experts which may have it on hand. In the event I find it I will chime back in if someone hasn't reached out to you.
I noticed that nobody has stepped in to help so although I have still not found a service manual for your unit I did not want you sitting and waiting with no response. So here are the commonly faulty parts when it comes to a washer not spinning. These are all issues with your particular washer and most of these issues have videos on how to test and replace the parts.
I am just checking in with you to see if you had the chance to look over the parts I had sent you?
