I cannot get to the number, the unit is still pretty full of water and is in a tight spot?
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 8 days ago.

Can you restart the unit to drain/spin only?

Ok, how can you help me?
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 8 days ago.

I can help you here. Can you start the drain/spin cycle?

Customer: replied 8 days ago.
Hello Jamie, it has a max extract, but the spin does not appear to want to work... it is making a noise now that sounds like a swishing sound? I unplugged it briefly and turned it off and on....
Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 8 days ago.

Unplug it for 30 minutes and see what happens. Let me know.

Expert:  Jamie_2013 replied 8 days ago.
