Thank you. One moment while I look that up.

Have you checked for power to the junction box underneath the dishwasher?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.

Let me dig deeper into this. One moment.

I am looking at a diagram for this and don't see a reset button or a thermal fuse. You will need to trace the power to the electronic control in the door to make sure that it is making it there. If not, check for a broken wire in the harness in the door from the bottom to the top. Also you may get lucky and find a reset that is not listed for this model on the lookup - but I doubt it. If you are getting power to the board, check the door switches to make sure they are ok. and have ontinuity when closed. If all is well with these tests, then the board is likely bad.

Is there anything else I can answer?

See the attached wiring diagram.

The red arrows indicate where the neutral and power go into the board. There is no fuse or switch at all. If you have 120 VAC at those two points at the board, the board is likely faulty. Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with?

There is a service pointer for some of these models for this problem, however, depending on the serial number. May I please have the serial number?

Expert:  Kelly replied 4 months ago.

Let me know on the serial number, either way it will require either a control or the touch pad if you have power at the board.
