may tag bravos washer gave a code of F51. We went online and it say something could be blocking the pump. We took the washing drum off. We had to jack the drum off because it won't come off. Now the spindle on which the drum sits on won't come . The drum sits to high for the holes to put water in the machine. The machine is totally apart. Any suggestions on how we can get the spindle to pop back up?
JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The model # is MVWB450WQ1 and it was purchased in 2011.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: We have started it, but has run into this problem. If we can figure out how to get the spindle to pop back up we might be ok. If not we will have it serviced.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no

There is a coupling on the bottom of the tub that has to mesh with the same coupling on the drive spindle. See numbers 8 & 9 at the link below.
