Does the drawer move in and out smoothly, even though it is not closing all the way?

Customer: replied 7 days ago.
the draw does move in & out smoothly
Expert:  Kelly replied 7 days ago.

Does it shut all the way if you push it?

Customer: replied 7 days ago.
then pops right back out, also i took draws out and saw nothing broken or obstructing.
Expert:  Kelly replied 7 days ago.

Look closely at the slides. Does it appear that either has issues?

Customer: replied 7 days ago.
no
Expert:  Kelly replied 7 days ago.

Can you tell if it is binding on one side more than the other or what may be catching on the door?

Customer: replied 7 days ago.
no bind
Expert:  Kelly replied 7 days ago.

I am not sure how it is popping open then. Is the lid just not coming down?

Customer: replied 7 days ago.
THE DIAPHRAGM OR LID COMES DOWN WHEN YOU HOLD THE DRAW SHUT BUT WHEN YOU LET GO OF THE DRAW THE DIAPHRAM OR LID GOES UP AND THE DRAW POPS OPEN.

So the drawer switch in the back is likely at fault. It is in the right rear corner. Does it seem to be intact?

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
it is.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Well, at this point, I cannot say with 100% certainty but would start by replacing the drawer switch. Would you like that link?

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
PLEASE
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Please allow me just a few minutes to prepare some information for you, thank you!

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO CHECH THIS SWITCH
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

There is one other thing we need to check, depending on the series of this model. What is the number after the SS in the model number, please?

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
0
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Okay, let's get a look at the drawer catch, number 32 in the diagram at the link below.

See the picture attached, it is shown well there for comparison.

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
the pic you sent was tub bottom components,do not see draw catch.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Lower left corner of that picture.

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
the pic you sent figure 4-1 bottom of tub looks like mine but the bottom left shows release to remove from track. are we looking at seam figure (4-1)
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Yes, is that part intact and locking the tub to the tracks?

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Okay, so it is either bad tracks or an issue with the drawer switch, mechanically, not electrically.

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
the tracks roll smoothly no play or roughness, what mechanical draw switch are you talking about can you point it out on a diagram.
Customer: replied 6 days ago.
WHAT MECHANICAL SWITCH,CAN YOU SHOW ME THIS ON A DIAGRAM.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

The drawer switch you said you checked. It gets pushed in when the drawer gets closed.

Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

See the attached page....

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
the switch you show is electrical not mechanical
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

It is mechanical in that the drawer pushes against it, that is how the control knows the drawer is shut.

Customer: replied 6 days ago.
mechanical means levers and arms and gears to make it work ,electrical means it uses electricity to make it work.
Thank you for your help.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 days ago.

Okay, well good luck.
