JA: What's the make and model of the fridge? And can you guesstimate how old is it?

JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if we can

Customer: I shut down the fridge for now to remove the water but we don,t know where it comes from and what causes it.

Ok, you will want to unplug the refrigerator and take the control console down and make sure that the back drain is not clogged. If it is clogged, you need to unplug the wiring harness and take it to the sink to clear the drain plug.
