Need Appliance Repair Help? Ask a Technician for Answers ASAP
Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. If you do not mind me asking why are you wanting to replace it with another unit? Did something fail on it? Are you just tired of it?
so more than likely this is an issue with your magnetron or the thermal fuse that is causing this issue. They are not communicating with the board that the cycle is done. These parts can be replaced. However if the unit is not completely attached to the oven then as long as the dimensions are the same it should not be a problem to replace the entire microwave.
I noticed that your question was still open so I wanted to follow up with you to see how it was going?
