Customer Question

I have a sub zero fridge and last night I came down and there was no light or power in the fridge section only. The freezer was fine. I had put some food in that was a little hot but that shouldn't have done it. I turned the breaker off and on but it's only at 46 degrees after being back on for two and a half hours...HELP ME PLEASE
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sub-Zero is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 9 years The model is 695
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I have to. I have guests coming and my dinner is being ruines
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not that I can think of

Depending on the serial number, it may have a light thermostat that is designed to open if the lights stay on. It may nave been triggered by the hot food. Has cooling restored now after the power cycle?
