What rubber circle are you talking about?
Which part at this link?
Here you go!
All I ask is please use the Star Rating Link at the top of your page before leaving, that is the only way I am credited through the site, tips are appreciated.
It should just snap in place, I am not sure what more I can show or do for you without physically being on site
Are you sure you have it lined up with the base correct?
Can you take the filter and that piece all out and try and put it in? So they are connected before putting it in the bottom?
Do you have it through the filter plate and do you see the snap tabs that help lock it in you just have to press it together firmly sometimes an extra pair of hands will help.
ok if you have it through the filter plate turn it upside down and put it flat on the floor use your feet to hold the large filter plate down and pull the center up to lock it in that is the best advice I can give you to get it at this point.
No problem at all.
