ok when you had the front lower cover off checking the thermal fuse did you or can you look inside to see if the belt was broken?

Belt is on drum turn by hand

ok so you only have two things it could be .

The electronic control board or the drive motor.

With out you having a Volt -ohm meter I will have to guess !!

And my guess would be the control board before the drive motor.
