Did any wires come loose or arc when power was turned back on? Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Nothing sparked. And yes I have a meter.

Let's start by measuring L1 and N at the clock. Do you read 120 VAC at those connections?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Getting power to the display. Its just not coming on.
Expert:  Kelly replied 6 months ago.

If you have voltage there, between L1 and N, the clock is faulty. I am not sure how it failed, but that does confirm it is faulty. Please allow me just a few minutes to prepare some information for you, thank you!
