Expert:  Kelly replied 25 days ago.

We need to see if the igniter is getting voltage.

Customer: replied 25 days ago.
its new i just replaced that and the temp sensor cuz it cut out it doesnt heat up at all! the top of the stove the control seems to work
Customer: replied 25 days ago.
it had been working fine and suddenly stopped.
Expert:  Kelly replied 25 days ago.

Two things need to happen for the igniter to work. Please allow me just a few minutes to prepare some information for you, thank you!

Expert:  Kelly replied 25 days ago.

The voltage has to come from the oven control and the neutral has to come from the gas valve. One of those is missing, or the new igniter has failed. We will need a meter to be able to determine what is causing the issue you are having.
