Electrolux stove, model EW30GF65GSH, can't use clean oven option. States "remove rack", I did remove all the rack. Still states "remove rack" and won't clean oven.

The rack switch is stuck and may need to be replaced but let's see if we can free it up. Put the side racks back in and lift up and down several times and see if the behavior changes, please.
