I have a ge range "ps920sf2ss" that the oven quit workig

i have a ge range "ps920sf2ss" that the oven quit workig just after it went out of warranty...i have replaced all 3 circuit boards annd the problem persist. when i try to turn the oven on the "preheat light" stays on ..there is a click in one of the 2 rear circuit boards and nothing happens
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your GE is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: was a year and 2-3 months when the problen started ...i have been replacing circuit boards over a 8 month period
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: have already replace 3 circuit boards to no avail
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: stove top works fine

Ok have you confirmed you have 240 volts to the terminal block where the cord connects to the unit?

OK have you check the wiring from the elements to the relay board?

i didnt verify the 240 volts ...i just made sure the element was not fried
i dont see any burned wires ...the is a click when the preheat comes on and it leave the preheat ligh on but the tempature diode goes out

the clicking that occurs is in the circuit board on the left side as facing the unit from the rear
