Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. When was the last time you changed the water filter on this unit? Sometimes we find this to be an issue with ice makers. They are supposed to be changed every 6 months if this does not apply to you let me know and we can go through other common issues.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
about 4 mo ago. but the water seem flow slow after I changed it.
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 6 months ago.

Ok now when you changed the filter did you run up to 4 gallons of water through the dispenser to get the air out?

Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 6 months ago.

I noticed that your question was still open so I wanted to follow up with you to see if you were still needing assistance?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no air in the line. still making very little ice.
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 6 months ago.

ok so then next we can check out the water inlet valve to see if that is where the issue is coming from. It sounds like if you water flow is low then that may the problem.

Your water inlet valve can be tested as well with a multimeter
