JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Microwave model NNS668 does not turn on. Removed plug from outlet, waited 10 sec & restarted. Circuit breaker checked & ok. Plugged into outlet that provided power to another appliance. Still does not turn on.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Is the microwave display totally dark, no lights or beeps when you press any of the buttons?
