Customer Question

Hi We just purchased a Whirlpool front load washer for our business. I went to start the first load ever and didn't realize that the water lines had not been turned on. The door is locked. I looked online and saw that the F8 and E1 error codes were for Low Flow which makes sense. I can get the error codes to go away but the machine keeps running without anything happening - unless I unplug it ???
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It says Duet Steam and it was new from Lowes
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If at all possible - opening a new business and 101 things to do - can't hang around for a repair man
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Don't think so
