Customer: replied 4 months ago.
F9
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Could this be the model number?
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

No, not the model#.. Your code is for a door lock issue

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I need a new door lock motor? The lock mechanism is not bound up at all
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I e never operated the door lock on the range as well
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

Can you manually override it to test it?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Supply 120vac to motor?
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

No I mean lock it while its open

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I can manually move the lock no problem.
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
The motor does not move. It just bends the push rod when I move the lock manually
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

That sounds like the issue

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
New door lock motor?
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

First see if pushing the lock button moves it or if you can hear it run

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No it does not run at all
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

I removed the motor and connected 120vac to it and it operates fine. Any other ideas?
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

Reinstall it and try it out, by plugging in the range and testing it

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Ok
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Still not working
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

I think you must have a PCB. I can't say for sure though.

I have already tried all that. I have the wiring guide for the range and all trouble shooting info. Just thought you may have been able to diagnose it faster than me
Expert:  WCohn replied 4 months ago.

Sorry, I think we've done all we could except for the board. Did you have a recent power outage or surge?
