Hello another expert here my name is***** see the other expert opted out so I will be the one who will try to assist you. It sounds to me like the problem is with main control board which should be located at the base of your unit.
If you think the problems are in the wire harness you can always try that part first which is below.
wow this is crazy the only things that should have stopped it from lighting up you have replaced. Now this may sound like a dumb question but have you verified power to the unit?
At this point the only option left is the display board being the problem. Nothing else can be causing this.
no I believe this is the part you replaced first from the other expert correct?

so the panel you ordered and installed actually had the circuit board (new one) attached to it? I did not realize that. If it did then this is the part that goes inside the control panel. It is making no sense at all why this is no longer working. Let me check with another expert to see if there is something I am missing and not thinking of. Give me a few minutes please.
Although I do not currently have an electrical diagram I do have a parts list as well as the owners manual
