Hello, I'm Joel and will be glad to help you today.

First kill power to the unit at the breaker for a few minutes restore power and then Press the Set Clock pad and the number pads to program the clock. Press Start to save the time. If after rebooting the system the clock will still not let you set the time as described above then the board will have to be replaced, I have listed the replacement board below:
