Customer Question

I have a leak from the inside left plastic area at the bottom and it has caused a major leak to the downstairs ceiling area. What could it be?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: It started yesterday afternoon.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Not really if it is major.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It takes about 12 hours to completely fill the bottom up to where it somehow goes back into the sub flooring. I had Roto Rooter just out and they said it wasn't the drain line.
JA: Have you talked to a construction professional about the floor?
Customer: Not yet, was just trying to get the water to stop flowing out of the vent inside on left side of interior.
