I may have the wrong name. I am referring to the plastic piece that drops to the ice bucket. When the bucket is full it automatically goes to an upright position. When I empty the bucket and put back on the freezer. This is released..mine is stuck. Not coming down do I am not getting any ice made.,does this help?

Actually I think I finally figured out myself. I was able to release the sensor. Am getting ice at least for now...
