I am trying to descale a Miele model 615 coffee maker.
I have followed all the instruction;
When I press the enter button after receiving the message "total coffee Descaling with a blinking asterisk, the next message should read "Descaling".
Instead it reads "Toal coffee 11900'. The descaling process does not begin.
Can you help?
