Upside down so hard to reach which one is model number
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

There should be a model number tag there. it may say MOD prior to the number.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Thanks. Let me look this up.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

for this model, you most likely have either a bad thermal fuse or a broken belt.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Are you going to try to repair it yourself or just looking for an estimated cost for a technician?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Can we do this work ourselves ?
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Yes, if you are very handy. The first think I would do would be to take the bottom panel off and use a flashlight to look at the belt. If it is hanging down and not taught, then the belt is broken. If not, you will need a meter to check the thermal fuse. I will try to find a youtube video for you.

That's not the right dryer
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

I'll see if there is another one, but there won't likely be one exactly like it. The idea will be the same.

Try this link. I has a list of Duet dryers to choose from.

Then you mean take off the top of the dryer not the front panel.
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Ours is a Kenmore not whirlpool
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

You can view the belt from the front panel or the top, However, you can both check the belt and the thermal fuse from the bottom front panel. Kenmore 110 model is make by Whirlpool.
