Customer Question

my waterpik has slowed way down and sounds like it is chugging along to push the water to my teeth and gums. What can I do to make it work more efficiently?

Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. Have you inspected the water line to make sure that it does not have a clog or air in the line?

My waterpik doesn't have a seperate water line that the liquid runs through. My waterpik flosser attaches directly to the devise. To use it my tip attatches to the top of the waterpik. When I press the on button water flows through the tip and then I clean my teeth with it.
