JA: What's the make and model of your washing machine? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: about 4 years old, don't have model # with me. Circuit board was made by LG
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

That machine has an AC line filter board. Have you verified power out of that board?

That board is in the rear corner where the cord comes in and is pictured below. Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with?
