Hello. My name is ***** ***** I'll be helping you with your appliance question today. Please wait a few moments while I review your question.

The number you have listed is a part number. Can I get a full model number located on a sticker near the ceiling of the refrigerator section so I can better assist you?

Also, what does this ice look like? Is it clear solid ice or white frost? Is it building up on the floor in the freezer? etc...
