Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

That should only appear in diagnostics. Have you checked the thermal fuse since this latest symptom?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No. Not sure where that is
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Or what it is
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I have back open and see bunch of wires
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Let me know what I should be looking for
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Thermal fuse should be on the blower housing

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Is it near where the power cord comes in?
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Should look like this.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Near the blower

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I see it. Two blue wires attached to it via white plastic
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Check it for continuity and replace if bad.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
How do I check?
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

Check the venting to make sure it is not blocked or backed up.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Venting good
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

You need a multimeter. Yuu should get close to zero ohms.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Don't have one
Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

That is the only way to check it.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

You can take it into the parts store and they can check it for you.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

It is probably bad though.

Expert:  Engineer-Tech replied 8 months ago.

I hope this helps.
