Does it seem to be progressively getting worse or just erratic?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
It made a big step about 2 weeks ago, but I think it's been consistent since then. Before that it would do something odd very rarely, and now it beeps every couple of hours.

Okay, so the issue is most likely with the touch pad electronics. Oftentimes, moisture can get in the contacts and cause issues. The controls for this are in the door and it is imperative they be replaced correctly or the door may not seal correctly and be dangerous during use. Are you up for this repair?

Expert:  Kelly replied 3 months ago.

See the door breakdown below, I suspect number 4 is the issue.

That depends on how much it will cost and who does the work.
Expert:  Kelly replied 3 months ago.

The control runs about $150, labor would be about the same for an in home service call, which I would strongly recommend for this repair.

Expert:  Kelly replied 3 months ago.

Would you like a link to that control panel?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Sure
Expert:  Kelly replied 3 months ago.

Are you pretty sure of the age, this has a 5 year warranty on the control system?

How much is this costing? You just charged my credit card $23, I thought this was a $5 question?
Expert:  Kelly replied 3 months ago.

You set the question value when you posted, I cannot see anything account related.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
My memory of that is that it was $23 to talk on the phone, not to chat
