My oven will only stay on for 15 to 20 minutes then it cuts off with the message error F3 sensor.

Do you have a meter to perform any electrical testing with?

The oven temperature sensor can be easily tested by measuring resistance. If you have no meter, the sensor is inexpensive and easy to replace.
