Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. Is there no power coming to the dishwasher at all? Is the outlet getting power?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
there is power - if i do the high-temp / heat dry alternate combo to make the computer reset, it does that
it splashes water around, i hear it draining, etc. but when that is complete the only pressable buttons are sani rinse, hi temp, heat dry
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
those light up - nothing else lights up

Ok give me just a few minutes to pull up some information for you and I will be right with.

FYI i have already replaced the fuse AND the computer
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 1 month ago.

if the only press-able buttons are sani rinse , high temp and heat dry the problem is not with the board or fuse the problem is with the touch pad itself. It is a pretty expensive part but in order to get your unit working the way it should it is going to need to be replaced.
