There is a lot of difference in these washers based on top load or front load etc. Do you have the model number? How would you describe the noise?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
A load tumbling noise as if one or more of the stabilizes are out of place or broken. Just my guess
Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 month ago.

Sounds like a top load washer. I don't do phone calls but can try to help you if you supply the model number. If you need the phone call I will opt out so another expert can help you.

Ok continue

Even in top load washers there are several designs. The model number is ***** the lid on a sticker. I will need that to be of any help to you.

Thanks, ***** ***** the belt drive model. It hangs on the 4 suspension roads. Can you tell if they are all connected to the top suspension balls? The hook on the rod hangs in the ball and should be able to move without sticking or catching.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
One of the rods seem loose, another in the front as well does not seem tightly fastened
Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 month ago.

Sounds like they might not be hooked in right. Lift up to bring the rod hook out of the cup and then put them all back so they stay in place. When you push down on the washer tub the suspension should not let the washer keep bouncing.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Ok I will try that

Let me know what happens.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Having challenge raising top panel.
Not locating the spring clips
Expert:  Appliance Tech Dave replied 1 month ago.

You need to remoe 3 screws from the back and then the top pulls front until it hits and then pull up and push back. Sounds confusing I know. Let me see if there is a video.

This is similar to your washer and should help. Video link
