I have a new whirlpool 4 door frig model no. WXR735SDBM02 that is not cooling all the ice melted and the food in the freezer thawed out we had the power go off for less than a minute yesterday woke up this morning and everything started thawing and water poured out of the ice dispenser
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Whirlpool is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: brand new and just sent you the model no.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I am sure it just the settings but plan to reset myself

Customer: just need help on the settings so I can reset it correctly

Is the compressor running in the back. How about the two fans do you hear them? What about the control board is it working at all?

board seems fine everything is lit up and allows me to make changes

just now unplugged and plug back in now everything restarted
