Hello and welcome to just answer my name is ***** ***** I will be the one to assist you. What kind of smell are you experiencing?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
a foul odor like something died, but all food items in frig is ok.
Expert:  Webb-Guy replied 5 months ago.

Have you tried looking to see if there is anything under the panel of the fridge? If it smells like something dead there may be a mouse that got under there and died. You may need to take the panel off on the bottom possibly in the back around the compressor area as well will need to be inspected.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
No, the service man said it is a sealed unit and no mouse could have got in there. I replaced the filters this unit has and still has a smell

Are there no vents on the bottom in the front? How about an opening in the back for the compressor?

Is the odor stronger in any certain area?
