The unit does not start cooking and the turntable is not turning. When I got it to start the turntable worked fine.

Does it periodically work or not at all? The turn table?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
The unit worked fine, then it stopped working Saturday night. . Once I was able to use the manual reheat function and it heated and rotated. It has not worked either heating or rotating.

You are going to need to remove the back panel and see if the diode is blown. It is a fuse that is used to heat the unit up.

Do you have any more detailed instructions than that?

A diagram that shows me where the diode.

Have you had a chance to inspect the diode to see if that was your problem? If you have found this information helpful all I ask is you rate with 5 stars at the top so I am credited for my time. Rating does not stop you from getting back to me in the event you need me.
