Can't find books it's all push button no knobs I baught it in 2013

Its not gas the lights on all buttons just e or err

Sounds like a system malfunction, have you tried resetting equipment?Unplug and leave unplugged for a few minutes and replug back in.Really search unit for model number, and also unit showing any kind of error number?
