Have you checked to make sure the water valve is on? If it is then the problem is with your water inlet valve and it will need to be replaced.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I have water on the dispenser side working fine.

When was the last time you changed the water filter?

I have removed the filter, we have a reverse osmosis system

ok well in that case I am out of ideas. So I will open this up to other experts. I do believe the fault lies within the water inlet valve and should honestly be checked for continuity but I will open this up for other ideas.
