Customer Question

I am trying to reset my decor oven
JA: What's the make and model of your oven? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: its an ER30G and its about 5 yr old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes...we had a technician come by and do it the first time- my wife thinks it was behind one of the dials
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: don't think so- the oven reset button needs to be pressed- or its a bigger prob but I figure I'll start there
