I have the gold series stove top I just received about 4 months ago and Both the red lights have been on overnight on the back of the stove, which are usually on when the stove top or oven is on. but everything is off. What shall I do?

Is it the light that tells you one of the surface burners is on?

Thanks. One of your burners switches needs to be replaced. The contact inside for the indicator light is stuck. It doesn't mean the burner is on now since they are cool but the switch has failed. If it is a smooth glass top and it is the hot surface light this would be a bad burner. In either case you need to call for warranty service but there is no safety concern while you wait. Let me know if you have other concerns.
