Okay, that is actually made by Grand Hall and imported to the US. Very little information is available on it. Please allow me a little bit to see what I can find. While waiting, can you unplug it for at least 15 minutes and see if the behavior changes, please?

After plugging it back in, see the attached page for instructions to reset to factory default settings. Will it clear that display and restore operation?
